We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administration Intern to support daily administrative operations at our Glenmarie, Shah Alam office, within walking distance from LRT Glenmarie Station. This internship offers hands-on experience in clerical work, coordination, documentation, and general office management in a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities

Perform general clerical and administrative duties

Handle document sorting, scanning, and filing

Support internal communication and coordination

Assist in organizing meetings and office events

Maintain confidentiality and document control procedures
Must Have

Currently pursuing diploma/degree in Business/Admin

Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good time management and organization skills

Willingness to work onsite in Glenmarie
Nice to have

Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
