We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to support our finance team in daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional environment, ideal for students pursuing accounting or finance, with exposure to real-world ERP and financial workflows.
Our office is within walking distance from LRT Glenmarie LRT Station in Shah Alam
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
- Support invoice processing and payment tracking
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
- Participate in audit and tax-related data preparation
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn ERP/accounting systems
Nice to have
- Experience using Odoo or other ERP software
- Familiarity with SST and Malaysian tax regulations
- Prior internship or project in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
